French luxury retailer Printemps has introduced the Augustine Suite, an exclusive by-appointment-only salon located on the sixth floor of its iconic Haussmann flagship in Paris. This new space offers a blend of personalized services and refined aesthetics, catering to the brand’s most discerning clientele.
Named in honor of Augustine Jaluzot, the wife of Printemps’ founder, the 3,760-square-foot suite is designed to evoke the ambiance of a Parisian apartment fused with the elegance of a luxury hotel. Renowned designer Tristan Auer crafted the interior, restoring heritage frescoes in the rotunda and incorporating a private terrace that offers sweeping 180-degree views of the city.
The Augustine Suite provides a range of bespoke services, including one-on-one shopping appointments, concierge assistance, and catering upon request. Additionally, guests can partake in exclusive events hosted by creatives such as artists, artisans, and chefs. This initiative represents an evolution of Printemps’ personal shopping services, which currently employ nearly 100 professionals across Paris and its surrounding regions, offering remote options through various digital platforms.
By introducing the Augustine Suite, Printemps continues to enhance its commitment to providing unparalleled luxury experiences, solidifying its position as a leader in personalized retail services.
